1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Who Owes Whom mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Free and Premium Versions
2.1 Free Version
The free version includes the core expense-splitting functionality with certain limitations on the number of groups and contacts. The free version may display advertisements.
2.2 Premium Version
For a one-time payment of $5 USD (or equivalent in your local currency), you may unlock the Premium version, which removes ads and unlocks unlimited groups/contacts.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use the App to engage in any fraudulent activity.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the calculations will satisfy all parties in every scenario. The App is a tool to assist — final settlement decisions remain with the users involved.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Who Owes Whom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device failure or financial disputes arising from use of the App's calculations.
